It is never easy to go through a break up. Break ups sometimes push individuals to commit regretful acts and make irreversible mistakes. When we are heartbroken everything around us either reminds us of our ex or simply irritates us. The first step to heal your heart is to face the emotions that a break up brings. Make a list of feelings that the break up evokes. Whether it is anger, sadness, loneliness or other, it is important to understand with your head what the heart is crying for. For example you might feel sadness as a result of your fear of being alone. Therefore you have to address them in order.
